PilotCoach

Privacy policy

Last updated 4 November 2026

PilotCoach is made by Renuka Sharma, an individual developer. This policy explains what the PilotCoach app does with your data. In short: it collects nothing.

What the app collects

Nothing. PilotCoach has no account and no sign-in. All lessons, recordings and questions are inside the app and work without an internet connection.

What stays on your phone

Your chosen path (PPL or ATPL), your aircraft choice, your colour theme and your answers to practice questions are saved only on your device, so the app can show your progress. They are never sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes them.

No tracking, no ads

PilotCoach contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking tools, and does not share or sell any data.

Links to other websites

Some links open documents on your flight school's systems (for example FlightLogger) in your browser. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Permissions

The app needs no special permissions: no location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos.

Children

PilotCoach is meant for student pilots and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with its date. Questions: [email protected].
